Manufacturing Capabilities and Services

Precision in process control and quality monitoring are the focus of our electronics contract manufacturing business.

Digicom deploys a full line of state-of-the-art automated equipment, as well as the manual skills of our team members, to manage tasks ranging from prototypes, small to medium runs, through-hole, surface mount, mixed technology, single, and double sided printed circuit board assemblies.

Central to Digicom is its Diamond Track Manufacturing Process that includes prototyping, advanced cleaning, selective soldering, purchasing and inventory management, automated assembly, process control, inspection and test, and process validation. These activities enhance productivity, product control, quality, and the integrity of the products that we build.

Digicom uses both leaded and lead-free RoHS compliant processes and materials to deliver high quality printed circuit board assemblies, complete box build products, as well as high end cable assemblies.
