The precision solder paste printer uses lock-down actuators to position the tooling and the PCB board. The tooling is fabricated using state-of-the-art laser technology. The scanning camera quickly searches and finds fiducial markers and aligns tooling and the PCB board. Paste is applied by a process window shown real time. The first article is inspected to ensure satisfactory results.
