services - OPTICAL and X-Ray Inspection
Digicom diligently uses advanced technology at pre-determined points to ensure the best quality finished goods.
The scanning camera sweeps across the board, looks for problems, and identifies the parts that are non-conforming. The optical inspection machine deploys a high-speed, high-resolution camera to scan the entire surface of the assembly. Errors are marked for correction and captured for statistical process analysis.
A high resolution X-Ray image allows inspection of devices that would otherwise not be visible to the human eye.
